International Repairs
Before submitting a unit for warranty service, please take a moment to review our list of service tips and frequently asked product questions to determine if it may be possible to easily remedy the problem you are experiencing yourself.
If you determine that you need service for your A.T. Cross product, please follow these instructions:

Package your product in a sturdy container with sufficient padding to protect from damage during transit. All shipping containers and packing materials are discarded upon receipt. As such, please do not use any containers and/or materials you wish returned.

Place your item in a padded envelope with a note detailing your name, address, telephone number, email address and reason for return. Be sure to insure the package.

All postage, insurance, and shipping costs are your responsibility. Charges may apply to repairs that are not covered under the standard warranty. We recommend that you ship using UPS, Insured Parcel Post, or some other trackable method. Without proof of shipment, Cross cannot replace products it does not receive.
